Give an intention a structure others can join.
DFMPProject develops the proposal models for collaborative projects in Drayker. It connects an objective to a clear scope, functional structure and a public path for review.
A project proposal explains the problem, intended outcome, modules and initial functions, giving reviewers enough context to assess and improve it.
A well-formed proposal helps participants understand what they are joining and gives later decisions a shared point of reference.
A practical example
A proposed community study could state its research question, available evidence and first deliverable before inviting people to take individual functions. This is an illustration of the proposed design.
Why this exists
This is where the method meets a concrete proposal, and where a project stops being a conversation.
The argument in full is on the manifesto. The economy page states plainly what contributing here earns and what it does not.
The idea
A distributed, modularized project makes its path and its logic very clear: independent functions that are formed, and modules that connect them into something bigger. Small jobs that together become projects of any size.
That is the whole trick. A project nobody can enter halfway through is a project that depends on the people who started it.
How it fits the whole
The door into the ecosystem for anyone who is not part of the main projects yet.
Main projects sit in Drayker’s priority queues and are described in Dknowledge. Projects outside that set can be opened and proposed by anyone through this repository, and can be integrated into the Drayker labs organization.
The method behind all of it is DFM / DFMP — the same protocol the main projects pass through. A proposed project lives on the projects platform once composed, with participation attributed through UID and formation supplied by the Academy. The organizational link is DAF, where a project can become an autonomous unit of the federation. A project that works becomes an application; an application that works receives accountable capacity allocations under temporary custody. The path is the same for every project in the ecosystem, whether it started in the queue or at the edge.
State of this documentation
A statement of the idea. The models themselves, the actual templates a proposal should follow, are not published here, which makes proposing a project harder than it should be. Writing one worked example would change that more than any amount of description.

Open an issue with your project proposal, or with a draft of the model. Issues small enough for one person to finish carry the open-function label and appear on the board at drayker.org.
